Because The Dawn offers digital and instantly accessible experiences (poem, sonic journeys, meditations, alter-ego tools, etc.), we have a no-refund policy on all digital products and memberships.

Why No Refunds?

Once you purchase and receive access to digital files, meditations, or community membership, the content cannot be returned. This is standard for all digital creative and spiritual work.

Exceptions

We want you to feel confident stepping into this journey. Limited exceptions may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if:

• You have a technical issue preventing access (we will work with you to resolve it first)

• You accidentally made a duplicate purchase

In these rare cases, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of use, or after files have been downloaded.
